Local Shipping (within Malaysia)

1) Free Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days)

Free delivery is provided for purchases above RM50. A delivery fee of RM7 will be charged for purchases of RM50 and below.

Items are sent out via Ninja Van every working weekday. Orders made before 12pm will be sent out in the same working day. If you choose the ‘Bank Deposit’ payment method, a photo of the payment slip has to be sent to us via email hello@pinknproper.com or via WhatsApp + before we can process your order for delivery.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled and sent out for delivery. Ninja Van deliveries will take about 1-3 working days and can be tracked here. Deliveries to East Malaysia might take an additional one or two days.

2) 24 Hours Delivery (1-2 working days)

24 hours delivery option currently is available for these cities: Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka and Ipoh. It will be a flat rate of RM10. All orders placed before 11pm will be delivered the next working day. 24 hours delivery starts from your parcel pick-up time.

Example:

Order placed on Monday 10pm, receive parcel by Wednesday the same week.
Order placed on Friday / Saturday 9am, receive the parcel by Tuesday the next week.

3) Same Day Delivery (Before 7pm everyday within Klang Valley)

We offer same day deliveries for orders within Klang Valley and placed before 6pm. It will be a flat rate of RM25. The delivery person will give you a call upon arrival to notify you for collection right at your doorstep!

4) Self Pick Up (At our Boutique)

Customers can choose to do a self pick up at our Boutique on any working days by making an appointment with us and letting us know when you would like to pick it up. Our address can be found here. You can also Waze or Google "Pink N' Proper" and it will take you here. Self pick up at our Boutique is Free of charges.

6) Cash On Delivery (COD)

International Shipping

Our international deliveries are handled by Pos Laju Malaysia, Ninjavan and/or DHL Express

Singapore (24 Hours Delivery) (1-2 working days)

24 hours delivery option is available to Singapore. It will be a flat rate of SGD12* (RM35). All orders placed before 11pm will be delivered the next working day. 24 hours delivery starts from your parcel pick-up time.

Example:

Order placed on Monday 10pm, receive parcel by Wednesday the same week.
Order placed on Friday / Saturday 9am, receive the parcel by Tuesday the next week.

Singapore (3 - 5 Working Days)

Deliveries to Singapore will be sent out via Ninja Van.

Rest Of The World (3 - 5 Working Days)

Deliveries around the world will be sent out via Pos Laju Malaysia and/or DHL Express.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of your purchase. Inquiries about exchanges and returns will not be entertained once past the 7 days period. 

We encourage you to get in touch with us for sizing matters before confirming your purchase.

All purchases made during a promotion period and/or items on sale will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.

All our upcycled collection from #RevivewithPinkNProper, Ultimate pads & enhancer collection items, sandals, hair scrunchies, face masks, hats and customisable hats are not exchangeable or refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be given in the form of in-store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the previous purchase made. 

For refunds, kindly explain thoroughly the fault and attach pictures of the defective part/area. Once reviewed and approved, we will then submit your request for an exchange.

There will be no refunds but we will offer in-store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pinknproper.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, kindly email us at hello@pinknproper.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the mailing address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Backorders

All backorder items will be labelled "BACKORDER" instead of "ADD TO CART" in every product page.

Please allow up to 14 days for all BACKORDER items to reach you.
