Free delivery is provided for purchases above RM50. A delivery fee of RM7 will be charged for purchases below RM50.
Items are sent out via Pos Laju/Ninja Van every weekday. Orders made before 1pm will be sent out in the same working day. If you choose the ‘Bank Deposit’ payment method, a photo of the payment slip has to be sent to us before we can process your order for delivery.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled and sent out for delivery. Pos Laju deliveries will take about 1-2 working days and can be tracked here. Ninja Van deliveries will take about 1-3 working days and can be tracked here. Deliveries to East Malaysia might take an additional one or two days.
2) Cash On Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery (COD) services can be arranged ahead of time. Kindly contact our team on Mobile/Whatsapp at +6017-6687929 or drop us an email at email@example.com to do so.
3) Same Day Delivery (Before 7pm everyday within Klang Valley)
We offer same day deliveries for orders within Klang Valley and placed before 7pm. It will be a flat rate of RM25. The delivery person will give you a call upon arrival to notify you for collection right at your doorstep!
4) Self Pick Up (At our office)
Customers can choose to do a self pick up at our office by making an appointment with us and letting us know when you would like to pick it up. Our address can be found here
Our international deliveries are handled by Pos Laju Malaysia, Ninjavan and/or DHL Express
Deliveries to Singapore will be sent out via Ninjavan. Customers will be able to choose between a Standard Delivery and Express Delivery:
Standard Delivery : 3 - 5 Days Express Delivery : 2 - 4 Days
Rest Of The World
Standard Shipping: 3-4 working days

Due to hygiene purposes, we only offer returns/exchanges for swimwear only if the items are defective or if the wrong item was delivered. No returns/exchanges are allowed due to wrong sizing, damage of item due to its owner’s negligence, wrong address provided, or a change of mind. Therefore, we strongly advise you to get in touch with us for sizing matters before confirming your purchase. All purchases made during a promotion period will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days upon receiving the item. Any requests beyond this time period will not be entertained.
Refunds will be given in the form of in-store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the previous purchase made. Your request for a refund has to meet the above conditions (kindly refer to Returns and Exchanges).
If your request for a refund does not meet the conditions stated above, kindly contact us to state your case. Our team will assess your case and get back to you as soon as possible, but any decisions that we make will be final. All purchases made during a promotion period will not be eligible for a refund.
