+ Are your swimsuits free size?

---> Our swimwear fits a range of measurements. Sizing details can be found on each product’s individual page. For more details about sizing, kindly refer to our Sizing Guide.

+ What’s the status of my order?

---> A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched. For Pos Laju deliveries, click here to track your order. For Ninja Van deliveries, kindly head here.

+ If I place an order today, will I receive it tomorrow?

---> Deliveries take 1-2 working days by Pos Laju, and 1-3 working days by Ninja Van (big floats), so kindly take that into consideration when placing your order. For example, if you placed an order on Friday, you’ll only receive your parcel on Monday or Tuesday the following week.

+ How do I request for a return, exchange, or refund?

+ Do you do C.O.D (cash on delivery)?

---> Yes we do provide C.O.D services, but kindly make arrangements in advance by contacting us.

+ I really love a certain swimwear design/float, but it’s currently out of stock. When will it be restocked?

---> The restocking of our products are usually done on a monthly basis. Do drop us your contact details here and we’ll drop you a message to inform you once the item is back in stock.

+ Can I use two or more discount codes?

---> You may only use ONE discount code in one purchase, unless stated otherwise on any other promotional material in the website or our social media.  

Pick Up T&Cs

All pick-up orders are ready for collection on the same day the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 5 pm. Orders submitted after 5 pm will be available for pick-up the following day. Customers are allotted a window of three months to collect their orders. Any orders not retrieved within this three-month period will be disposed of accordingly.
