Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your online order or purchasing from our boutique. You can return or exchange items in-store or via post. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.

How to Return & Exchange

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition with liner stickers and tags attached.

  2. Contact Us: Email us at hello@pinknproper.com or WhatsApp us at +6076687929 to notify us of your return request.

  3. Choose Your Return Method:

    • By Courier: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address below.

    • By Instant Delivery (Grab/Lalamove): Arrange a same-day delivery to our boutique.

    • By walking in to our Boutique during our operating hours.

  4. Include Return Details: Attach a note with your order number, name, and reason for return inside the package.

  6. Wait for Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item as per our SOP and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

By Instant Delivery (Grab/Lalamove):

You can arrange your own rider for an immediate exchange. Please provide the following details:

  • Location: Pink N' Proper (Bukit Jalil)
  • Unit No.: C-7-03
  • Contact: 017-6687929
  • Instructions for Rider: Block C-7, Level 3 (opposite Pavilion Bukit Jalil). Take the lift next to COSMO to Level 3.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items are eligible for returns & exchanges.
Sale & off-the-rack items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
❌ The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • #RevivewithPinkNProper collection
  • Ultimate Pads & Enhancer collection
  • Sandals, hair scrunchies, face masks, jewellery, hats & custom hats
  • Vendor brands: Designer Travel My, Topi Tin, Just Mar’s, Si Always, Plummp, Cstone, Suci, Chinie's and Atta Skin.

Refunds & In-Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as in-store credit (valid for 6 months).
  • In-store credit can be used online and in-store and is single-use only.
  • International orders are eligible for returns, but shipping fees to and from us will not be covered.

For refund requests, please provide a detailed explanation with clear photos of defects. Once approved, we’ll proceed with store credit issuance.

Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.
  4. If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@pinknproper.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and may apply when exchanging items.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be labeled “PRE-ORDER” instead of “ADD TO CART”.
  • Estimated arrival: Up to 21 days.
  • Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-returnable.
  • Delays may occur during sales (e.g., 11.11 & 12.12 promotions).

Pick-Up Orders

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are available for same-day pick-up.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be ready next day.
  • Uncollected orders will be disposed of after 3 months.
