Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order for online orders, and/or 7 days of making a purchase at our Boutique. Inquiries about exchanges and returns will not be entertained once past the 7 days period. 

We encourage you to get in touch with us for sizing matters before confirming your purchase.

Only full-priced items* are eligible for returns/exchanges.

Off the rack & sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

*All our upcycled collection from #RevivewithPinkNProper, Ultimate pads & enhancer collection items, sandals, hair scrunchies, face masks, jewellery, hats and customisable hats are not exchangeable or refundable. All items from these vendor brands are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

Refunds will be given in the form of in-store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the previous purchase made. 

For refunds, kindly explain thoroughly the fault and attach pictures of the defective part/area. Once reviewed and approved, we will then submit your request for an exchange.

There will be no refunds but we will offer in-store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Off the rack items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale & off the rack items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may apply when exchanging your items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



Most of our items are eligible for PRE-ORDER after they are sold out.

All pre-order items will be labelled "PRE-ORDER" instead of "ADD TO CART" in every product page.

Please allow up to 21 days for all PRE-ORDER items to reach you.

All PRE-ORDER items are strictly non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable.

(There may be delays for purchases made during our 11.11 or 12.12 sale promotions)


Pick Up T&Cs

All pick-up orders are ready for collection on the same day the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 5 pm. Orders submitted after 5 pm will be available for pick-up the following day. Customers are allotted a window of three months to collect their orders. Any orders not retrieved within this three-month period will be disposed of accordingly.
