General Pink N' Proper Giveaway

The PRIZE

  1. ONE prize to be awarded to the lucky draw winner and is open to all residents residing in Malaysia only:

    • Each giveaway will feature a specific prize, which will be detailed in the giveaway announcement.

  2. Participants must complete all steps of the giveaway to be eligible to win the prize(s).

  3. Each prize will be issued in the name of the winner. Strictly one prize only per winner.

  4. Pink N’ Proper is not liable for any items damaged/lost in the mail.

  5. Pink N’ Proper has the right to exchange a prize item to an item of similar value at any time.

  6. Each prize must be taken as is and no compensation will be payable if a winner, for any reason, is unable to use the prize as stated. If a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, or a prize is not utilised within the time frame stated it will be forfeited and compensation will not be payable.

  7. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and will only be awarded to the winner from 7 days after the winner is announced.

  8. A Pink N’ Proper representative will contact each winner via Instagram direct with redemption details. Each winner may also choose to contact a Pink N’ Proper representative via our customer service email, hotline or Instagram direct chat. The decision for the winners is final. If the winner does not provide Pink N’ Proper with their details within 24 hours of the winner’s announcement, he/she will be forfeited and the prize will go to the runner-up (which will be determined by Pink N’ Proper).

  9. Pink N’ Proper reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

  10. To qualify for the prizes, participants consent to receiving promotional materials from Pink N’ Proper.

  12. Pink N’ Proper holds the right to amend the giveaway’s Terms and Conditions at any point.

REDEEMING THE PRIZES

  1. Each winner must collect the prizes from Pink N’ Proper Boutique by prior appointment with a Pink N’ Proper representative.

  2. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-refundable and the standard conditions apply.

LIABILITY OF PRIZES

  1. To the full extent permitted by law, Pink N’ Proper excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered of sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

It is the winner’s personal responsibility to comply with any health or government requirements and ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and/or identity cards which meet the requirements of security to enjoy the staycation prize won. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Terms & Conditions for Suntai Villa Stay

  1. Booking Restrictions: The stay date is only limited to weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) and cannot be booked on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and Public Holiday dates.
  2. Booking Confirmation: Confirmation of the booking is subject to room availability at the time of the request.
  3. Guest Limitations: The number of guests allowed to stay is based on the maximum occupancy for the room type provided as the prize. Exceeding the number of guests beyond the room's capacity is not permitted.
  4. Floating Breakfast: Suntai Villa will only be providing 1 set of floating breakfast per prize winner.
  5. Redemption validity for the rooms is 6 months from the giveaway month and as stated above in Clause 1.
