      1. How to Order (Mobile Version)


        1.1 STEP 1 : SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS

      1. Use our menu: You can check out our drop down menu and pick to view items from your preferred category and shop for your fave item(s)

      3. Use our search box: Type the specific name of the item that you want in the search box (top left corner) - for example, “Bayu” - and click search or press enter on your keyboard. 
      4. You can also type the types of swimwear or the colour of the swimwear using keywords such as “Monokini” or “Pink”.

      8. 1.2 STEP 2 : SELECT PRODUCT  & “ADD TO CART”

        Before you select the item to “add to cart”, scroll down to read our product description. You can also refer to our sizing guide refer here.

         

         

         

        Once you have decided on the item and size, you can pick on your desired size and quantity n the box on the right, then click the “Add to Cart” button to place the item into your shopping cart. Once you have clicked the “Add to Cart” button, the view cart or continue shopping button will appear. Pick any button of your choice.


        1.3 STEP 3 : VIEW CART BEFORE CHECK OUT

         

         


        Once you’re done with shopping, you can view your cart to double confirm all the items you have selected (sizes & quantity). Kindly read our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy here. Hit the “Check Out” button once you have added everything that you need in your cart.


        1.4 STEP 4 : CHOOSE BETWEEN HOME DELIVERY OR STORE PICKUP ?


        There are 2 ways to get your parcels delivered, Home Delivery or Store Pickup.

        What is Home Delivery?

         

         

         

        As the name suggest, home delivery is the standard delivery service we provide.

        Local Malaysia Deliveries

        For local deliveries, this includes

        • In store pick-up (only at our Kuchai Lama Showroom 10am-5pm weekdays)
        • Ninjavan postage delivery (our standard courier shipping method. This takes 1-3 working days after delivery is made.
        • Same Day delivery (only in Klang Valley, Before 7pm everyday include weekends & public holiday)

        For delivery times and the type of courier shipping we use, refer here. For a more elaborated description on each local delivery option, refer to Step 8.

        International Deliveries:

        For all international deliveries, we currently have one shipping option, which is the express shipping option. Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on the weight of the item(s) you have added to cart.

        What is Store Pickup?

         

         

         

        Not home for your parcel? You can collect your parcel from your nearest cafe and pharmacy anytime at your convenience with Postco. This service is currently only available in Malaysia and Singapore.


        Step 1: Shop as usual and before checkout, on the CART page, select "Store Pickup".

        Step 2: Put in your postcode or address, and select your preferred PostCo location.

        Step 3: Complete checkout and payment as usual.

        Step 4: You will be notified when your parcel has arrived at your selected PostCo location.

        Step 5: Present your Collection Code to collect your parcel. You have up to 14 days to collect your parcel.


        1.5 STEP 5 : ENTER YOUR PROMO CODE

         

         


         

         

        You can insert your  promo code (if any) before proceeding to shipping method. Do note that we only accept one promo code for each orders and each promo code has different terms and conditions.

         

         

         

         

        Example promo code below - “ILOVEPNP”. You will able to see the discounted price before processing the payment


        You can skip this step if you do not have a promo code. Advance to Step 6.


        1.6 STEP 6 : LOGIN / NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

         

         

         

         

        a) If you are a new online customer and you do not want us to store your address information, you can complete the checkout process as a guest.
        b) If you are a returning user and have an account set-up with us previously, supply us with your email address and password so we can "look you up." After supplying us with the appropriate information, click the “Login” button to proceed.
        c) If you are not registered and would like us to store your address information, click the register link and fill in the required information fields as indicated. Be sure to write your password down for future use. After checkout, we will save your address information so next time you order, we can "look you up!"

        1.7 STEP 7 :FILL IN CUSTOMER INFORMATION


        Once you login, your information will be auto-filled. If you’re checking out as a guest, you are required to fill in all your information manually.

        Click “Continue to shipping method” if your information is auto-filled.


        1.8 STEP 8 : SHIPPING METHOD

        You can choose the shipping method as we mentioned above on Step 4.

         

         


         

         

        In Store Pick Up

        Customers can choose to do a self-pick up at our office by making an appointment with us and letting us know when you would like to pick it up. Our address and operation hours can be found here. You can also Waze or take a grab simply by putting "Pink N Proper" to search for our location. This is a free service.


        Ninjavan postage delivery (1 - 3 Working Days)

        Free Ninjavan postage delivery is provided for purchases above RM50. A delivery fee of RM7 will be charged for purchases of RM50 and below.

        Items are sent out via Ninja Van every weekday. Orders made before 1pm will be sent out on the same working day. If you choose the ‘Bank Deposit’ payment method, a photo of your payment slip has to be sent to us before we can process your order for delivery.

        A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled and sent out for delivery. Ninja Van deliveries will take about 1-3 working days for Malaysian deliveries and can be tracked here. Deliveries to East Malaysia might take an additional one or two days

        Same Day Delivery (Before 7pm everyday within Klang Valley)

        We offer same day deliveries for orders within Klang Valley and placed before 7pm. It will be a flat rate of RM25. The delivery person will give you a call upon arrival to notify you for collection right at your doorstep!

        1.9 STEP 9 : PAYMENT METHOD

         

         

         

         

        There are 2 ways to make your payment, ipay88 (online payment) or bank deposit

        What is ipay88?

        iPay88 is an Internet Payment Switching Gateway through credit card, Internet Banking (or E-Debit) & Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet), developed by Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. The images below show all the merchants that are available.

         

         

         

        Bank deposit

        As for bank deposit, Items will be reserved for 24 hours until payment is made. Kindly email the bank in slip or proof of payment to hello@pinknproper.com or Whatsapp us at +6017-6687929 for confirmation.


        1.10 STEP 10 : CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER

         

         

         

         

        You should receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. We will send an email/Whatsapp/SMS to you once we have posted your parcel. Stay tuned to receive your pink parcel!

         

        2. How to Order Customisable Beach Hat (Desktop and Mobile Version)


        2.1 STEP 1 : PICK YOUR PREFERRED TYPE & COLOUR

        There are 2 types of hat we have in our website. We have the straw hat and boater hat:

         

         

         

        The straw hat comes with 5 different colours (Black, White, Khaki, Navy and Beige) and the boater hat comes in beige only. Select the type/colour of hat that you want to customise on.


        2.2 STEP 2 : SELECT THE TRIMMING (OPTIONAL)

         

         

         

        Select your favourite type of trimming and colour. You can click on the options to view the trimming options. Example, “Black Ribbon”. If you do not wish to add any trimmings, select “None”.

        2.3 STEP 3 : CHOOSE YOUR SEQUIN COLOUR

         

         

        Select the colour of your sequins to match your beach hat. Click on the options available to view your desired sequin colour.

        Once you have selected your trimming  and sequin of choice, select “Add to Cart” to add the beach hat into your shopping cart.


        2.4 STEP 4 : ADD ON HEART (OPTIONAL)

         

         


        If you wish to add on heart to hat, you will have to add this to cart (we recommend a maximum of 2 hearts each hat). “ADDON Heart to Hat” comes with an additional charge.


        2.5 STEP 5 : CUSTOMISE AT CART PAGE!


        At your cart page, customise any message you desire on your beach hat. Fill up the box where it says “Please leave special instructions below:” with your desired customisation. Example below: “ZYUEN”

         

         

        Do take note for straw hats, we allow a maximum of 17 letters. For boater hats, we allow a maximum of 12 letters.

        For some mobile versions, if you do not see this box where it says “Please leave special instructions below”, fret not, proceed with your order as usual, and get in touch with us via WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email. Click here to chat with us via WhatsApp.

        For those who Add On Heart:

        If you wish to add on heart, instruct us where you’ll like the heart to be. Example below:

        “ZYUEN ❤”

        Or  “❤ ZYUEN”

        Or  “❤ZYUEN❤”

        Or  “Z❤YUEN”

         


        2.6 STEP 6 : CHECK OUT PAGE

        Before you hit the “Check Out” button, check if your beach hat order is correct! Here’s an example:

         


         

         

        This means you have chosen the straw hat in the colour Khaki, with black ribbon trimming and Black sequin. Your sequin customisation will be “Zyuen❤”. Here’s an example what your hat would look like based on selections above :
