Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats. You can opt for quinoa flakes or buckwheat flakes.
- 3 large overripe bananas, mash it.
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, can sub for any nut or seed butter.
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice. Optional.
Instructions
Step 1, Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Line a large cookie sheet and set aside.
Step 2, Put all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and mix it well until mixture fully combined. If you opt for chocolate chips, stir it with a spatula.
Step 3, Lightly wet your hands and form 8 balls with the cookies. Place each ball on the cookie sheet, and press each ball into a cookie shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden on the edges. Remove from the oven.
Step 4, After removed from the oven, allow it to cool on the cookie sheet for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 1, Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2, Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer or spoon, until smooth and creamy.
Step 3, Roll mixture into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet; flatten each with the back of a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
Step 4, Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a cooling rack for a few more minutes.

Step 1, Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F, Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2, Mix Nutella, flours and eggs into a large mixing bowl. Stir it until smooth. The batter will be very slouchy, like a brownie batter—this is good. Use a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop to drop blobs onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle the tops generously with flaky salt.
Step 3, Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the tops are domed. Less time for a fudgier center, more time for a cakier one.
Step 4, These are heavenly when still warm served with very cold milk, but hold up well for up to 2 days in an airtight container.

Step 1, Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Spray two nonstick baking sheets lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2, In a medium bowl, mix the almond butter, sugar and egg until well combined. Spoon 1 level tablespoon of the mixture about 1 inch apart onto baking sheets. Flatten the mounds with the tines of a fork, making a crosshatch pattern on the cookies.
Step 3, Bake until golden around the edges, about 10 minutes, switching the position of the sheets halfway through baking. Let cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet.
